Brad Pitt – $1.7 Million, Los Angeles
Actor-producer Brad Pitt made his big-screen debut in the horror film Cutting Class in 1989, and he secured his place as a Hollywood staple following his role in the 1994 film Legends of the Fall. He started to take on grittier roles for films such as Fight Club and Seven. Pitt was also named twice by People magazine as the sexiest man alive. A multi-awarded actor throughout his career, some of the actor’s accolades included several Golden Globes, Oscar, and Primetime Emmy Awards.
Over the years, Pitt has made numerous real estate investments, and one of them is his primary residence that he purchased from the actress Cassandra Peterson back in 1994 for a modest price of $1.7 million. It has 5,338 square feet of land that features the giant main house, four smaller properties, six bedrooms, seven bathrooms, a private tennis pavilion, and a large outdoor swimming pool, among other features.
