Shakira is a hugely famous Colombian pop singer and dancer, known for hits like Hips Don’t Lie and Whenever, Wherever, and winning multiple and accolades such as three Grammy Awards, twelve Latin Grammy Awards, seven Billboard Music Awards, six Guinness World Records, and a star on Hollywood’s Walk of Fame. Shakira became the highest-selling Colombian artist of all time, with an estimated 70 million albums sold worldwide.
More than two decades into her career, Shakira has considerably increased her net worth, which is currently $300 million. And like any other successful celebrities, she also has made several real estate investments, including her current home in Miami Beach, which the singer purchased back in 2001 for $3.38 million. It has 8,708 square feet of living space on a 0.5-acre land at the edge of Biscayne Bay.
