Initially starring in a low-budget film like Cyborg 2, the superstar actress landed her major role in the film Hackers in 1995, and Jolie won an Academy Award in the Best Supporting Actress category for Girl, Interrupted.
Throughout her career, the Maleficent star has achieved a considerable degree of success, winning multiple awards in several films that she has starred in. As a result, her financial gain has increased over the years in sizeable amount, which was more than enough to purchase the former mansion in Los Feliz, California, previously owned by the late director Cecil B. DeMille, with a price tag of $25 million. The property sits on a 2.1-acre gated community with six bedrooms, ten bathrooms, boasting panoramic views across the Pacific Ocean and Griffith Observatory.
