Gayle King – $7.1 Million, Manhattan
Gayle King graduated with a degree in psychology from the University of Maryland. She began as a production assistant in Baltimore at WJZ-TV, where she eventually met Oprah Winfrey, who was at the time an anchor for the station. After almost two decades of working in different media stations, King became a special correspondent for The Oprah Winfrey Show.
And from then onwards, her career took an uphill climb and flourished, hosting various shows, including her own, The Gayle King Show. Over the years, her financial gain has also increased, currently at $40 million. Today, she lives in her Manhattan apartment she bought back in 2008 for $7.1 million. It has 2,530 square feet of living space that features 12-foot ceilings, walnut floorings, and a kitchen filled with top-of-the-line trimmings. The luxury penthouse is located on the 36th floor of a prominent tower on East 57th Street.
