What she set aside was her time to have her own family but in 2020, the fashion designer married Siniša Mačković. They welcomed their firstborn Vanja Sevigny Mačković at age 45. The Bloodline and American Horror Story actress kept her pregnancy under the radar, but eventually revealed her baby bump a few months before she gave birth.
